Concerning the topic of environmental protection we always expend effort to find optimal solutions and constantly invest in efficient energy systems.
Saving COČ by application of TERRA-GRID E 35
Due to the consequent utilization of PE – reclaim, a high amount of the gas COČ being harmful to the climate is saved and thus not straining the environment.
By using recycled PE – reclaim up to 70% of COČ are saved, what matches an amount of 1,19 t/COČ per ton of PE – reclaim. (Source bvse)
We process 1.500 tons of PE – reclaim on average a year. This is equivalent to a saving of 1.785 tons COČ.
What does this mean to you?
By using 500 mČ of TERRA-GRID E 35 you save 3.689 kg COČ for the environment. This equals a mileage of a mid-range car, an automobile with 140 g/COČ per kilometer and 26.350 km.
Or equally a third of the average COČ emergence per federal citizen and year. (11 tons per federal citizen)
Saving COČ by using solar electricity
We successfully started up our photovoltaics system in 2008. The facility offers a power of 41 kwp. The COČ amount saved per year equals 21 tons.
Saving COČ with contracts with the energy provider
We requested our energy provider to consequently use regenerative energy. Due to this effort the COČ pollution is reduced from 541g/kwh to 254 g/kwh on average.
This decreases our COČ emision in production to 345 tons per year.
By this measure we save 2.151 t of COČ per year for the environment.
